Share/Edit/Delete files

During the call, the Expert has a set of different tools depending on the type of file.

Image:

• The Expert can send the image of the Library to the Operator device.
• To stop the image visualization the Expert has to press the hidden button which is similar to the message hiding button.
• The Operator is not able to stop the image visualization.

• The Expert is able to visualize the video on his/her device during the call in a separate window.

• The Expert can edit the image in the library before sending it to the Operator.
• By clicking the “edit” button it will display the same tools explained in the screen capture.

• The Expert can delete the image from the call and the user history.

Video:

• The Expert is able to visualize the video on his/her device during the call in a separate window.

• The Expert will delete the video from the call and the user history.

Document:

• The Expert can send the document of the Library to the Operator’s device.
• The document will appear on the Operator’s device in a separate window.

• The Expert is able to visualize the document on his/her device during the call in a separate window.

• The Expert will delete the document from the call and the user history.
