Architecture

- Server is installed in an EC2 instance, on an RDS instance is the database.

- The media files are stored in an S3 bucket.

- Communication is done by secure websockets or by https post statements.

- The technician’s applications are iOS and Android mobile applications.

- The application has a multimedia router, optional, to act as an intermediary in the calls that allows the recording of the video call, voice-to-voice translation and improves the performance of calls with more than 2 participants.

- System translations, voice or text, are performed using Azure services.
