How to improve video/audio quality

  • If the network has opened port UDP 3478 the communication will improve. Please note it should be opened in both points, experts and devices.
  • For the best possible experience, we recommend opening UDP ports 1025 – 65535.
  • Low data mode tool. Specially designed to maintain the best video quality in low connectivity environments. Use it if you want to force HD quality or higher,
  • The Basic call mode will give better performance than the Full call mode. Use Basic call mode when it is a 1-1 call and you do not need to record the call or use the voice translator.
