Remote eye Direct is a stand-alone product that allows an Expert and a Operator to communicate remotely with a chat and video remote assistance system.

Remote eye Direct does not need to install any app, it works with the web browser.The Expert connects from the Remote eye panel and sends a link by SMS or email to the Operator.

The Expert and Operator use the chat to troubleshoot the issue, while being able to participate in video calls to allow the Expert to visualize and troubleshoot the Operator’s problem with our remote video assistance system.

To facilitate communication between regions where different languages are spoken, Remote eye Direct allows voice translation during the remote assistance session as well as the translation of chat texts at any time.

Once the issue is resolved, the images, texts and videos stored in the Remote eye library, also accessible from the public API, can be accessed.
