Offline mode

• The mode allows the Operator to take photos or videos when is not an internet connection.
• These files will be stored in the device.
• Once the internet connection is available, the Operator can upload them from the device and send them to the Expert.
• The Expert will be selected from a list of available Experts
• It is possible to send an SMS/Email notification to the selected Expert automatically.
• Documents can only be uploaded when the internet connection is available.
• Video recording has a maximum of 250 MB.
