Create a new Expert

• The Administrator can create Expert accounts by using this function

• The Administrator has to fill in a form with the data of the Expert’s account and set the permissions.
• The Administrator can save the changes by pressing the button
  

• To link the Expert account to a device, the Administrator has to go to manage devices.
