Add a new device

  1. Open the application on the Operator device. A four-digit code will appear.

  1. In the Remote Expert account on the PC, by pressing the button and enter the code and a name, the Operator device will be registered. Furthermore, the Expert can choose to add it to the current Expert account or all Expert accounts. Nevertheless, the Expert could add this device temporarily by checking in the box ¨Temporary Device¨. This new device will remain added until 0:00 Madrid Time, as long a call has not been made in the last 60 minutes.
