How to invite an Expert (from the device)

• With this function, the Operator can receive support from an external user who does not have an Expert account.
• This tool generates a Temporary Expert Account, linked to the device, which will delete any image or video stored at the end of the session.

Invitation types

• There are two types of invitations that the Operator can use to invite the Guest Expert: email and guest code.

Email

1. The device will request an email address.
2. An email with a link to a Temporary Expert Account will be sent from the device.
3. This must be a valid email address. Contact the administrator for further information.

Guest code

1. The Operator has to share the URL and invitation code with the person he/she wants to contact, for them to join a Temporary Expert Account.
2. This URL leads to a webpage where the Guest Expert has to write the code provided by the Operator.
