How to send a message

1. The Expert writes a message in the text box and sends it to the Operator by clicking the button. This message will appear at the bottom of the Operator’s device and have a maximum of 100 characters per message.

2. This message can be hidden by the Expert by clicking the “hide message” button or by the Operator by clicking the “close” button.

Translation

The Expert is able to translate the message into more than 50 languages

1. Once the message is ready to be sent to the Operator, the Expert just has to select a language from the pull-down menu and press the button. The message will be automatically translated and sent to the Operator’s device.
2. The message already translated will not appear translated on the Experts screen, just on the Operator’s screen.
