Introduction

Remote eye is a remote assistance software that improves communication and knowledge management between an Expert and a local Operator remotely.

The Expert will be able to remotely visualize what the technician has in front of his eyes to guide and assist him in the installation, maintenance, or repairs that require more specialized external knowledge.

Remote eye is specially designed for “Smart Glasses”, hands-free devices that allow the operator to move freely while working. It is also available on Android and iOS mobile phones.
